Description

The service of issuing or renewing a permit for health service providers by taking advantage of the services related to the Eclaim system. The renewal of the permit takes place on an annual basis, by means of a fee of its amount, as determined later below, according to the type of service providers - on an annual basis, according to Executive Council Resolution No. (7) of 2016.

Fee Details

10,000 - Issuance or renewal of the permit - Hospitals.
5000 - Issuance or renewal of the permit - multi-specialty health centers.
1,500 - Issuing or renewing the permit - single specialty clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, analysis and x-ray centers, and the like.
1000 - fee for issuing a permit for the first time
