This service allows individuals and holding companies to request for a new healthcare facility License in the emirates of Dubai under the jurisdiction of DHA. The license must be later Activate Facility License in order to start operating

* Floor plan from engineering/design company
* Trade license (if available)
* Proposal letter (Business plan)
