Preparation Steps

1. If the professional whose licence is being cancelled currently holds the position of medical director of the facility, a new medical director must be assigned before the licence cancellation is finalised.
2. If the professional whose licence is being cancelled currently has an active appeal, the appeal must be cancelled and fines must be paid before the licence cancellation is finalised.
3. If the professional whose licence is being cancelled is currently under investigation, the investigation outcome must be issued before the licence cancellation is finalised.
4. If the professional whose licence is being cancelled has outstanding fines, payment must be made before the licence cancellation is finalised.
