This service allows current or previously licensed DHA healthcare professionals to request a Good Standing Certificate or Licence Details Verification. The certificate can be retrieved from the application located in the professional account, under the closed applications section.

Required Documents

* For GSC: no document required unless the valid passport copy has not previously been updated on the system
* For Licence Details Verification request:
1. copy of verification form
2. copy of valid passport
3. copy of last DHA licence
