To support medical and health conferences in the Emirate of Dubai to provide a scientific environment that combines the latest medical research, knowledge exchange among healthcare professionals, and the development of medical practices.

Type of required Support:
• Review and evaluation of the conference approval request in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
• Authorization to support the conference by using DHA Logo.
• Internal announcement of the conference or event to DHA staff
• Posting the event on Dubai Medical Education Calendar.

Required Documents

* Approval from the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism to hold the event.
* Application form “Request for Approval to Organize Health Conferences and Events” Form.
* Copy of organization trade license
* List of VIP attendees
* Scientific program in both Arabic and English
* list of all conference speakers along with their curriculum vitae.
* The opening ceremony program and the conference agenda.
* Conference overview in English and Arabic
