Review of a scientific research proposal by the Dubai Scientific Research Ethics Committee to provide approval of submitted research applications.

1. Covering letter on headed paper (Addressed by Principal Investigator to DSREC)
2. DSREC Application Form – duly signed and dated
3. Study proposal/Synopsis
4. Patient/Participant Information Sheet & Consent Form
5. All relevant enclosures such as Data Collection Tool/Case Report form/proforma/follow-up cards, etc.
6. Questionnaires
7. Confidentiality Agreement Patient Information
8. Resume of Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator(s)
9. Source of funding, if applicable
10. Device model, if applicable
11. Clinical Trial Undertaking Letter (Attached): applicable for Clinical Trials only DSREC Fees (As per the fee structure) Research Application

Review the submission checklist and submit the documents, including a formal letter addressed to the committee that details the roles of all researchers.
