Dubai Health Authority honors its outstanding, dedicated, and high-achieving employees As part of the “Proud of You” initiative, in appreciation of their loyalty, commitment, and exceptional contributions.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 27 October 2025 — Dubai Health Authority (DHA) honoured its distinguished and dedicated employees, long-serving staff, and achievers of exceptional accomplishments across its sectors and job levels, as part of the “Proud of You” initiative. The recognition reflects DHA’s appreciation for employees’ continued efforts and their devotion to fulfilling their responsibilities with excellence.
Held today at Le Méridien Hotel and Conference Centre, the ceremony celebrated honourees across several categories, including:
- Institutional Loyalty — recognising employees who have served DHA for many years;
- Stars of Excellence — featuring competitively selected high performers; and
- Academic Achievement — encouraging Emirati employees to develop their skills and capabilities, pursue academic excellence, and enhance their knowledge across diverse fields and specialisations.
The list of honourees also included winners of local and international excellence awards, contributors of implemented innovative ideas and suggestions, authors of published research and scientific works, and departments that achieved the highest results in the Employee Happiness Index. Recognition further extended to volunteers with outstanding community contributions and to support services personnel.
The ceremony commenced with remarks by His Excellency Dr Alawi Alsheikh-Ali, Director General of the Dubai Health Authority, who underscored the importance of redoubling efforts and accelerating progress in the coming phase to realise DHA’s vision of making Dubai a global home of health, happiness, and prosperity. His Excellency expressed the Authority’s deep appreciation for all those who have contributed—and continue to contribute—to the evolution of Dubai’s healthcare sector, particularly innovators, exceptional achievers, and those devoted to the highest standards of public service.
His Excellency concluded by congratulating all honourees and encouraging them to continue their efforts, applying their experience and expertise to advance DHA’s projects and initiatives.
Following the remarks, His Excellency, accompanied by Mona Bajman, CEO of the Shared Support Services Sector, and Noura Al Midfa, Director of Human Resources at the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), presented certificates of appreciation to the honourees in recognition of their dedication and accomplishments.
For their part, the honoured employees expressed pride in serving at the Dubai Health Authority and appreciation for the “Proud of You” ceremony, which DHA continues to uphold annually. They affirmed that such recognition is a strong motivation to sustain their efforts and achievements and to remain committed to supporting DHA’s strategic objectives.
The ceremony also featured interactive activities, friendly competitions, and motivational contests, held in a warm, family-like atmosphere.
