After every inspection bywhich a non-compliance is noted DHA, an onsite copy of the field inspection report followed by a letter stating the identified violations/warning shall be issued to the health facility.


All violations are based upon the administrative decision No.32/2012.

If the healthcare facility poses an imminent risk to the safety of patients, employees or visitors of the facility; HRS shall assess the facility operations for the specific service, and may recommend to the Director General of Dubai Health Authority the temporary suspension of the facility license or specific service. The Director General shall form an investigative committee and may issue a decree for temporary suspension.
