·The Renal department provides a full range of services for adult patients with kidney disease, including the diagnosis and management of acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease and nephritic/nephrotic syndrome.
· The department cares for all kidney transplant patients starting from as early as 10 days after the transplant.
It Educates and counsel all CKD patients stage 4 and 5 to prevent further deterioration of their kidney function by educating them regarding diet, life style and medication alteration.
· Provides regular dialysis therapy in the form of haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis.
· Provides extra-corporeal blood purification to patients with autoimmune disease.
