The Department of Critical Care Medicine operates a "closed" ICU with 18 beds for adult medical and surgical patients. We provide tertiary care facilities for critically ill patients based on evidence-based practices and state-of-the-art technology. ICU team consists of 4 consultant 14 specialist. We provide around-the-clock intensive monitoring and treatment of patients seven days a week.

The ICU is equipped with up-to-date technology that allows to perform all critical care procedures such hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation, ultrasound guided central lines, bedside tracheostomies, bronchoscopies and others.
All of our intensive care physicians and nurses have advanced training in the needs of the critically ill patient and are certified with BLS (Basic Life Support) & ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications.
Provide hospital wide consultation for patients with acute changes of vital parameters.
ICU on call Participates as the team leader in the (Crash call code), managing and supervising the patient management during the code with other team members.
In addition to providing intensive care life support, we offer utmost care and compassion towards the patients and their families.
