Introduction

The Dubai Health Authority provides a quality Medical Fitness screening service to all non-locals living in Dubai the luxurious city everyone seeks to reside to experience a comfortable lifestyle. This service is available to those who would like to obtain a new visa or renew an existing visa for employment, residency or education.

The screening tests required are based on the Federal Laws of the country to assure a healthy living environment where the whole community is protected against infectious disease that may be a threat to the public health.

Kindly be informed that on Sunday 12th June 2011 and onwards, Al Satwa Clinic will accept the below categories only:

•Families
•Female clients
•Urgent (24 hrs and 48 hrs)

As for the other categories, please proceed to Al Quoz mall for taking the service.

Kindly note that with effect from 1st June 2011, the payment will be done through credit card and direct account of debit card.

Procedure

You need a health card number (either valid or temporary). If you have one but do not remember the number, please call Al Muhaisna Center at 04-5023939 asking for your number. If you do not have a number, please visit e-Health Card site and apply for a temporary number.
Once you have a number, select a request package (normal, VIP, etc) and fill the required fields with accurate information (steps 1 and 2).
Double check the information you typed in step 3 and choose your payment method. You can pay:

Corporate: You can select this option if your company has an account with DHA.
Online (credit cards or eDirham): If you are paying online, you will be redirected to Dubai e-Government ePayment Gateway.
At the last step, you are will be given a reference number. You will need the number for any future reference or enquiries (call operation office 800342 (800DHA) or email ITHelpDesk@dha.gov.ae). You must also print a hard copy of the registration form (click Print Form button).

You will receive an SMS notification of the test result to complete DNRD residency procedures. Please check the mobile number you provide.

Registration Form Reprint Facility

If you could not print your registration form after you completed your payment or had a problem with your printer, you can now use this facility to re-print the form.

Required Documentation

New Visa

A copy of the residence permit.
Two (2) recent passport size photographs (less than three months old).
A colored copy of the original passport.
Individuals: Bring the original passport for blood tests.

Corporate: To add fees to a corporate account, bring an official letter from the company with a staff list and original passport copies for each staff member that are stamped by the company.

Renewal

A copy of the residence permit attached to the passport.
Two (2) recent passport size photographs (less than three months old).
A copy of the original passport.
A locally accredited ID card or labour card.
