1. You can renew only if the license is: - Active and 3 or fewer month's remains before expiry date - Expired and the expiry date is not more than 6 months.

2. You cannot renew if the license is: - Expired and the expiry date is not more than 6 months. You need to contact Health Regulation Department. - Stopped due to penalties. You need to pay penalties. - Stopped. All the transactions on the stopped license is not allowed and you need to contact Health Regulation Department. - Active and will not be expired in the next 3 months. - Of Type: SCHOOL, HOTEL or NURSERY. The following message will be displayed: Cannot renew any Facility of type: SCHOOL, HOTEL or NURSERY. - If the Facility does not exist. The following Message will be displayed: Facility does not exist.... - Not Active or Expired. The following Message will be displayed: Cannot do any action on this Facility, Please check with Health Regulation Department. 

3. If any staff license is expired, then you need to renew expired staff license first. The following message will be displayed: Renew Expired Staff First .

4. If the facility is stopped, the following message will be displayed: All Transactions on this Facility have been stopped except Sick leave ordering forms and attesting certificate. Please check with Health Regulation Department to resolve this issue.
