United Arab Emirates, Dubai, May 21 2012: The Dubai Health Authority and the Executive Council organized a workshop on how to manage and effectively implement any strategy to ensure best possible outcomes.
Twenty-nine employees from the various sectors of the DHA attended this workshop.
Ms. Samira Mohammed Al Rayes, Director of Policy and Strategy at the Executive Council explained the methodology of effectively managing any strategy.
Munther Al Muhaisin from the Policy and Strategy Department at the Executive Council highlighted the objectives of the workshop and the concept of governance and strategic management.
Mr. Qasim Senior Consultant from the Policy and Strategy Department at the Executive Council explained the approach of preparing the strategic map, measuring the strategy and provided details on how to manage the strategic initiative as well as strategic review of performance outcomes in alignment with the strategy.
Laila Al Jassmi, CEO of Health Policy and Strategy Sector at the DHA emphasised on the importance of this workshop which encourages employees to use best practice related to strategy implementation.
